This summer Dustin Rabin embarked on the 2004 Vans Warped Tour to document the biggest and best touring festival of its kind. He had the opportunity to ride along with The (International) Noise Conspiracy and photograph them onstage, as well as Billy Talent, Lars Frederiksen And The Bastards, Alexisonfire, and extreme athletes Rick Thorne and Steve Caballero!
