Now I know why I spotted her at the Joseph Arthur concert last week

JULIETTE Lewis and her new beau, musician Joseph Arthur, have been snogging all over town. Last week, they were making out "the entire time" our spywitness was on the same F train from Brooklyn to Manhattan. They also stopped by the Apollo Braun store on Orchard Street Saturday. "The two could not be apart from each other for a second and kept taking pictures of themselves while Lewis was trying on the sexiest dresses in the store," we're told. The actress ended up buying a black jumpsuit and a T-shirt reading, "New York [bleeped] Me!" Arthur, who "looks like Andy Dick," tried to get the store to give Lewis the clothes for free, but it declined.
